This is a Christmas present for my 12 year old son for 2020. Firstly we were really impressed with the delivery and the excellent packaging which arrived on time and met all our expectations. After fully reassembling the product a few days ago, found that no matter how tight the tool was used to tighten the rod, the rod went out of alignment within an hour. Then there are problems with removing the screw and re-adjusting it, repeating the same process countless times! What can we do to fix this? Overall the deck, wheels and handlebars are excellent but the bolt and locking piece needs quality control. I would love to return it but if there is a way to fix it I wouldn't mind keeping it as my son loved riding this scooter. Please let me know how you can help us resolve this issue. Many Thanks.
