it arrived fast enough and well packaged. Looks good and the size is perfect for everyday use on the counter. Three stars for that, two minus for horrible instructions with faded images that are hard to see, cluttered, busy instructions with references to part numbers that aren't on the diagram, colored items that aren't there. They've tried dealing with this by including a note to better describe what you're supposed to do, but even that's a complete mess. Refilling the filters could be learned on the go as the instructions were very poor. Here it is, 10 hours later, and I still haven't filtered a gallon of water. The pipe is leaking, disassembled and reassembled many times. The rubber grommets just don't match the curve of the tank. I drip it in the sink, tomorrow I'll make better seals. very disappointed with this overpriced filter system. I will not buy again. Update: So I went on YouTube and found that when I change the gaskets back, they originally should have gone (bulged gasket on the front of the tank, not the revised insertion guide saying to put it in the tank , the leak appears to be I also removed the rubber pad as it only held back spilled water and based on many reviews of the tank underneath rusting I instead placed the unit on a raised stainless steel stand to allow it to dry out if needed also refilled the filters when one of them didn't drain at all, used the video prompt to use a plastic water bottle with a hole in the cap to force the water through, of course they never said you need a flat tap to prime how many I have a spray nozzle on my sinks, let's see if it works and these fixes n. so far it has given me a headache. Update: It's been a week now and it's working just fine now. perfect on my raised kitchen sink so I can put a tall glass under the faucet to fill. Leaks go straight into the sink but it hasn't leaked once since I fixed it. I use a faucet from a spray hose to fill it up. very convenient. a bit overwhelmed that you have to use the system a lot to keep the filters wet. Therefore, it does not make sense to filter the water tank for personal use because the filter is high and dry at the top. So now we use the water for cooking and my husband's tea while I prefer to keep the filters for pure drinking water only. I've added a star to my rating and yes you need a better faucet that shows the level as it now makes it easy to guess when to fill up.
