A long shirt would not call it a dress
This "dress" is very cute but my girls needed leggings underneath as it was too short to be a "dress". This is a thin material, not ideal for the cold winter months, but cute again π

- This dress is terrible. The petticoat is about 9 inches shorter than the tulle skirt. It's very cheap. Poorly made.
