2X didn't work with portable bluetooth speakers
I really wanted to love this speaker and I loved it as soon as it connected to my phone. The sound is AMAZING! Unfortunately I received 2 of these and neither of them had a working volume up/down button. Customer support was great but didn't fix the issue. UPDATE: One of the speakers that connected to my phone the first time now no longer connects. Not even the Bluetooth pairing function works.
