I have a very small bracelet and at the tightest setting this is a little too big. It is also very stiff and sits off my wrists. Getting it off and on is easy by pulling on the cords. I just love the elastic band feel that is stretchy and sits better on my wrist. I love the colors and the look of this. I love that it represents the Chakras so well. I will wear this but it won't be something I leave on and forget, which I really like to do.
