I like how quickly we can get quotes back from our suppliers as well their ability to do an audit of all costs involved in your project so you know exactly what things cost before signing off for any large projects or contracts etc! It's not great at getting feedback when problems occur which could be made easier by asking questions during initial sign-up but it does have some really helpful features such has saving multiple versions (to keep track changes).
The customer service team are always very polite & professional - they're quick response times make them stand out amongst other companies who tend respond later than required sometimes days after emails were sent if ever!! Very happy working alongside this software especially since my previous CRM was failing me constantly causing lots delays within workflows/projects being managed due too errors occurring regularly without warning.
