I am very happy with this shoe. I'm a nurse and needed cheap shoes that I could wear during the coronavirus and not worry about being ruined by excessive cleaning. They are comfortable during my 12 hour shift and the black color looks professional with my uniform. They came in a ziplock bag, not a box. ***Update*** 2 months of use for three 12 hour shifts a week and the insoles have worn a hole in the padding on the ball of my foot. While I didn't expect them to last long, I expected them to last more than 2 months.
