Exactly what I was looking for. Stretchy, like big rubber bands. Recently some small shiny and ductile. They don't, and I find that plastic doesn't stretch as well as they do. You can rotate them multiple times if needed without breaking them. i love all colors I chose some mixed neon colors. I love her! I use them as do many reviewers - for my dogs on top. Not for my teeth. It took a little while for us to arrive. They went through the mail to my mailbox in an envelope. But I didn't pay shipping cost, so it's ok.
