I was SPECIFICALLY looking for PASTEL orthodontic bands. The picture looked fine to me. Because I found the IMAGE I was looking for, I didn't read the printed description carefully, it said NEON. I use them (I wanted to use them) to color code some items and I needed as many different colors as possible. I already had neon in stock and was trying to order a pastel. Change the image to match the product. ZERO STARS. It is clear that I have no basis for a refund as the printed description matched

The seller delivered the goods to me in a very good time and in good condition. However, I have to give a low rating because: A. The product is VERY poor quality.
