The seller delivered the goods to me in a very good time and in good condition. However, I have to give a low rating because: A. The product is VERY poor quality. I have been taking care of my dogs since they were puppies (I have 3 very long haired Shih Tzu) and I have never seen rubber bands break and tear so easily. Many were torn just trying to put them on a bun! B. The product is also VERY overpriced. I can usually get 500 straps (at least) for around $5/6 (the reason I didn't go my usual route is because they were out of stock in the size I needed and I didn't have to wait 3 weeks) . not inferior.
