Extremely disappointing. I bought this backpack because it looks almost the same as the Damero backpack (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01B2GHIH8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which I really liked , but it needs to be replaced. due to wear, but unfortunately no longer available. It turns out that this version of the Coolcy is slightly smaller and doesn't have an internal laptop sleeve, making it impossible to use as a work bag. I can hardly slide my laptop in when the bag is completely empty. With other stuff in the bag that would be almost impossible because without a pocket that separates the laptop from the rest of the stuff in the bag that wouldn't get in the way of those stuff, it would be very difficult to push the laptop all the way.
