I have very sensitive skin. Every bump or pimple that appears on my face leaves a dark stain. This face scrub has helped me prevent acne and smooth out all the discoloration and dark spots on my face. Now as a warning, until your skin is truly at its best you will feel the warmth that I have read in other reviews. Eventually you start to feel it less and less. I'm not sure if this happens to everyone, but I think as my skin improves, as they say, the feeling of warmth will soften.
