So far I've been very happy with the Jabra Evolve 20SE UC Stereo Headset. Although it doesn't have headband padding, I don't find it uncomfortable. You can buy a sticky pad to add and it's not too expensive. The sound quality is just right for me. I can hear easily. and nobody complained that I couldn't be heard or that there was interference or interference. Zooming in and out is also easy. I use it for work - mostly once a week for virtual meetings and sometimes for other special meetings or trainings. The headset worked well with a laptop docking station with a USB port. It was plug and play with no problems. I think this is a good basic product for the relatively small amount I paid. If you want a luxury headset, you spend at least 4 times as much.
