I didn't expect the quality to be so high.

Worthy thing - thoughtful, high-quality. For all kinds of online conferences, webinars, Skype conversations, etc. - perfect! Some pros: Build quality Reliability Soundproofing Good sound (for conversations) Due to the rotating microphone, you can use it both on the right and on the left (as it suits you) There is a control panel on the wire (volume, on / off microphone, answer the call) - in some cases, it is convenient Additional software and all sorts of "buns" from Jabra Divine price. The purchase is a failure, very dissatisfied.

Obviously not worth your money. Noname from Auchan for a price 10 times less, copes no worse. ate after a month of use: so, 2-3 weeks after the publication of this review, an ate arrived on the headphones, which slightly improved the situation with sound quality. I'm raising the sound rating to 2/5. The rest of the shoals remained and still strain. Noise reduction in the microphone does not suppress the sounds from the room - this is perhaps the most annoying thing now. ate2 after a year of…

Pros
  • The UC version works with Skype on a plug-and-play basis, immediately pulls up.
Cons
  • The product, frankly, did not live up to expectations. Before that, I used some nameless craft, bought for 300 in Auchan about 4 years ago. But even she did better. More: 1. The sound quality is very mediocre: there are no tops and bottoms, one middle in frequency. Here Ashanov's headphones do them in all respects. It is impossible to listen to music on them. They will do for work, but if you want to work to your favorite music, then this Jabra is not your choice. 2. Noise reduction on the microphone. I don’t know how he should work here, but the interlocutor hears both the creak of my chair, and the singing of birds in the street and all the conversations in the room. Moreover, due to the noise reduction, he hears them especially clearly, without rustling and hissing. 3. Ergonomics: all the reviews are true - they really put pressure on the ears to the point of pain. If you hope that your ears are special, then no, give up hope. 4. The UC version works with Skype on a plug-and-play basis, it immediately pulls up, but the call and call reset button does not work at all. Neither on the home version of Skype, nor on Skype for Business edition. 5. Design: When folded, the headband design interferes with the free rotation of the microphone. 6. The settings control panel is quite heavy and voluminous, if it does not lie anywhere, but hangs freely on the wire, pressure is felt on the head and the headphones themselves. And if you need to move a couple of steps away from the computer, then it beats on all surfaces and clings and gets confused in the wire itself. The buttons on the remote control are not painted over and do not glow in any way, so it’s hard to blindly understand which one to press.

Microphone quality issue

I'm picky about the audio quality and while the microphone may be good enough for phone calls, I don't think it is suitable for video conferencing due to its limited bandwidth. The volume and mute controls work well.

Very uncomfortable - no headband pad

My favorite Jabra UC Voice 150 Duo is broken. I tried to buy it back but they have discontinued it and the Jabra Evolve 20 SE is being considered a replacement. I can't believe Jabra swapped a very comfortable, padded device for this unpadded, rigid device. While the sound quality is slightly better, it doesn't matter if I can't keep it upside down for more than a minute. Buyer warning!

Pros
  • Accessories and consumables
Cons
  • Replaceable

So far I've been very happy with the Jabra Evolve 20SE UC Stereo Headset. Although it doesn't have headband padding, I don't find it uncomfortable. You can buy a sticky pad to add and it's not too expensive. The sound quality is just right for me. I can hear easily. and nobody complained that I couldn't be heard or that there was interference or interference. Zooming in and out is also easy. I use it for work - mostly once a week for virtual meetings and sometimes for other special meetings or…
