I have a baby in intensive care so pumping is extremely important for him but it's really hard to get up every 3 hours to pump when you don't have a screaming, hungry baby around. I used this bra for the first time last night and it was amazing to say the least. I didn't have to hold the flanges for them to stay put and it was so nice to have my hands free to massage and help milk flow. Sometimes I've even managed to doze off for a few minutes without hearing (or feeling) that awful "pop" when you slide out. My husband also sleeps with two fans on and I often get cold so I was able to grab a blanket and wrap myself up without having to stop and start over. I have 38DDD and XXL. Suitable for a non-wired bra, but due to such a large size, it's difficult to find a bra that doesn't bulge from the bottom. The bra also comes with pads and an extension should you need one. Not me. I will definitely buy a few more. The price was great for the quality. Hope they wash well. crossed fingers
