So the quality is average, the design is terrible, but the design flaw can be corrected. The valve takes over 8 (full 360 degrees) turns to go from fully open to fully closed and takes a VERY long time, especially if you use it in uncomfortable positions. Not only is this annoying, but every manual says you should turn off the pump for less than 3 or 4 seconds or you risk damaging the pump. This is not possible with this valve. It must have a ball valve that opens and closes 90 degrees fully. I found a high pressure ball valve that solves the problem but Amazon won't let me post the link. I didn't find a 1/8" valve, but a 1/4" valve with socket will do the trick. I found it on a website whose name starts with "e" and rhymes with "ray". I wouldn't recommend using a standard ball valve as it's not rated for such high pressure. Actually you can assemble it yourself from the parts, it's much cheaper except for all the adapters. With that in mind, this is probably the easiest way. Not premium quality by any means and you really need to modify it to protect your pump but it gets the job done.
