Heavy damage done badly
UPDATE 2/1/2021: Joe contacted me from K-2 this morning. He agreed to make it up to you and swap out the seat back. It was a pleasure speaking with Joe and I am very happy with the solution he proposed. That's why I'm deleting negative comments now. UPDATE 2/3/2021: We have decided that none of Joe's suggested solutions are acceptable and I have not had time to further discuss this issue as I am justified in my original request for a refund. I filed a claim with Revain AZ and received my refund in less than 5 minutes. If Joe wants to return the chairs, K-2 will have to pay for shipping and handling for UPS items because the box was torn open when we tried to take the chairs out.
