Review on 🔦 Streamlight 75458 Stinger DS LED HL Flashlight - 800 Lumens, Rechargeable Dual Switch, 120V AC/12V DC Smart Charger (NiMH), Black by Wei Fan

This flashlight blows my mind. It's very bright, it shines very far and it's not dead yet, even though I had it. I tend to be hard on my stuff. Here is my take on the flashlight after owning it for about 2 months. Battery - I charged the battery about 2 months ago. Now I haven't used it much, but it hasn't died either. I've probably only needed 35 minutes in the last month. The charge times didn't bother me, and I seriously doubt a second battery will ever be needed. Brightness is more than I need. I took a picture of myself at a nearby baseball field during the day. The next photo shows me in roughly the same spot at night. Then in the last picture you can see that office trailer over there. I would say it's at least 100 meters. There's a lot of California smoke in the air right now, so this photo doesn't do it justice. To be honest I can see this trailer as clear as daylight. Particularities. I didn't think the dual button was a big deal at first, but now it's got me really hooked. I love having this car charger although I haven't used it yet. It's easy to change the brightness setting. Just hold the button and stop at one of the 3 brightness levels. Do a quick double click and you'll get a strobe effect. Durability - I don't need a flashlight in my job so I only use it when camping or fooling around at night. Flashlights usually help avoid tripping in the dark. This does not apply to hikes after 10 beers. It helps, but it's not a guarantee. It happened once on concrete and once on a muddy hill that I climbed up and fell down. He's alive and well and looks better than my skin. I also dropped it on the floor when getting out, several times it fell off the table, and once it fell on the hard floor behind my bed. Dislikes - Well, this part is subjective, but I think it's a bit big. Maybe it's intentional as I don't think I'm a typical target buyer, but I can't fit it in many bags other than maybe a coat or two. If I don't have it in my hand, I usually carry it in my backpack. Price? Yes, it's high, but based on my experience I think it's justified. I mean, this thing outlives me and it means something. Finally, I would happily buy another model that has more jet than the flow this one has. It's just because I think it's fancy. Finally - Hello Streamlight! Great product! It was recommended by my electrician brother Enlaw and now by me. Also, my father is jealous.
