Not working for accessories and consumables

Not working I'm not sure if the IR sensor on the TV or the remote is broken I unplug the TV and plug it back in I get a remote control options but also the sensor on the tv kept flashing, maybe by pressing the buttons, tomorrow i will take new batteries and try again.
