The ability to have conversations with customers in real-time through our website is incredible! We love having people reach out directly from their Facebook inbox into an actual conversation that leads us down avenues of interest together - without any pushback or friction at all as we are able see who it was first thing when they reached me about this discussion (and if I am replying within 5 minutes) so there's no delay between them sending something over FB Messenger vs reaching someone via webhooks etc).

I think what makes most sense right now for my use cases would be using AIM bot integration which isn't really supported by other platforms like Slack/Teams yet but hopefully will arrive shortly soon :) If you want instant responses back straight away then just go ahead & talk w your users where possible!!
