We use it for our daily operations such as invoicing, AR & AP processing (both paid and unpaid), account receivable aging reports etc., This has allowed us to automate many of these processes so that we can focus more attention towards customer service in order to maximize revenue. There is nothing I dislike about this software however if you are looking at getting started with accounting/ERP then do look into other options before going ahead with Jos because there's lots of competition out their right now. It does all what I need from an ERP system without being too complicated, easy installation process, user friendly interface makes things easier than any manual method would be.
