Nice dress but,: my feedback

I ordered this dress for a wedding I am attending in May 2022. I’m still thinking if it will be the one I wear. It is a bit shorter then I thought it would be & very ruffled as seen in pic. Not bad tho.

I am 5,3” and 115 and I ordered a 0-2 and it still fits like a large, I love it just too big. I’m going to keep it for church wish they had smaller but 0-2 is not a 0-2
