Review on 🥮 Aluminized Steel USA Pan 9x13 Rectangular Cake Pan, Nonstick & Quick Release Coating, Made in the USA by Richard Payne

I really liked this pan after the first three uses. Now, after plating frozen fish 15-20 times without adding oil, it looks like it's been fattened up in 5 years with fat in the indentations of the ridges and in the corners. I hand washed it right after use but it doesn't wash off and I'm afraid to use a cleaning pad because of the silicone coating. The pan is heavy and holds the heat well. However, the fish can no longer slip out of the pan as easily. This pan must not be cleaned in the dishwasher and must not be placed in the oven at temperatures above 450°C. I was cooking at 450° so I didn't go over 425°.
