I like the idea of using the chord for other devices. The battery seemed to be draining quickly. My 7 year old daughter said they were annoying and uncomfortable. When I tried them on, it seemed to me that they sit a bit strangely on the ears, very hard. The case it comes in is beautiful and travel safe. We will use it when we have to take them somewhere, but don't use them for the car because the battery doesn't last long. Connecting to the TV from the back seat wasn't a problem either, but you have to be directly in front of the TV for them to work.
