This product works. Basically, it gives you the effect of freshly curled lashes (no mascara). If your lashes are not very long, you still need to use mascara for length and thickness. At first I was a bit disappointed that my lashes were curling, but without mascara it wasn't as noticeable. But after a few days the curl stayed in place and definitely enhances my mascara. It's not magic. These are your natural lashes, but better. The English instructions on the box are very confusing and the Amazon video is too fast to follow. However, the step-by-step photo guide included in the box is great. I struggled with 4 or 5 stars but ended up with 5 because the product works, it's light and gentle on lashes and eyes and I will be using again.
