Safety Must-Have

These things will ensure you don't come home from water damage. I have one in every bathroom and one night I was woken up by an alarm clock and a call from Simplisafe telling me I had a leak. My toilet tank was cracked and due to the quickness of the alarm I only had to wipe up a small puddle. If this had gone on all night, the morning would have been terrible. Worth every penny.
