It's always hard to tell if you're going to be a fool or not. On my first try of 10 packs I got one that worked well with no slipping issues and have tested it many times throughout the day with no problems. My only concern is that there are 4 small pins on the underside of the joystick's touch module that prevent it from sitting flush with the circuit board like the original Xbox touch module. It didn't seem to be a problem, but when I put everything together and played the game, there didn't seem to be any friction between the stick and the front case or anything, so I guess it doesn't really matter at all. Worst case I could cut small pins as they are plastic to make them flush but overall 1 try out of 10 works 100%.
