My first thoughts on this are 4/5. The product was very easy to put together. It fits my 10.4 inch Galaxy Tab S6 Lite but with some quirks (see below and video). It holds my Galaxy Note 10 Plus with no issues. If anything changes I will update my review. Please note in the video that if you have a heavier device like a tablet and place it in a certain way, the upper arm cannot bear the weight. You have to find the right places for him to stay in place. Even when tightening the handles, it still falls. It just makes it more resilient. I would say it's a minor issue as it will still hold my tablet. I'm just losing some mobility. Maybe someday I'll try to add something to the hand so it doesn't move if I don't want it to. Edit 9/8/2020: I'm still happy with this purchase. My thoughts are still the same. One thing I would add is that the hand is very shaky. When you move in bed, your hand trembles violently. Although I think that's to be expected given the way it's made. It also holds my Nintendo Switch with no issues. The crash I show in the video seems to only happen on tablets.
