This is the same expensive fuse that I blew in my Amprobe AM-570 meter. There are several sources in the US, but they are all very expensive. This Chinese source has them very cheaply but the wait is long. Much to my surprise, they were airmailed and arrived 10 days earlier than promised. Resist the temptation to use the slower, more frequent and cheaper alternative. You simply blow up the current sensing chip in your meter. Don't ask me how I know that. Order two and keep one in reserve.
