I must confess that I have not worn any running shoes other than Onitsuka Tiger since 1976. Of course I've tried several other brands over the years (Puma, Adidas). but I always take them to my mower in the garage. Reason. I love the fit and style of this product. I've had almost every style Tiger has made over the years and the Mexico 66 is a great shoe: light weight, thin sole with good tread, low profile, quality design and durability. If you haven't had a pair of Mexico 66 and are used to other brands, you should know that the outsole is much thinner than other sneakers and the heel of the sole is lower than most - a very slight reminder of Earth shoes from the 1970s. I don't run anymore so I only wear them to work. HAVE FUN!
