
UPDATE: I'm changing my rating to a 5 even though I thought it was a cable issue. The seller contacted me 2 times immediately after purchase to see if I was happy with my order. The cable worked fine at first (and I never replied) but quickly failed. However, after 3 months I contacted customer service and they responded immediately and offered a refund or replacement. Replacement came within 2 days! So overall I'm very happy with the customer service and I hope the cables last a long time. The cables appear to be well made and should last a long time. Of course it was great at work. However, the first cable failed immediately after minimal use (lying in the kitchen and charging the phone at night). We're on cable #2 now. Hopefully this lasts longer than a few weeks =/
