Great way to sizzle Prosecco/Champagne
I used to use the wire and cap that come on champagne/prosecco bottles to hold the cork in an unfinished bottle to keep the fizz. It eliminated the need for all that work. It has a cork and aluminum sides that flip up to grip the neck of these bottles. It keeps the fizz without mess. Great idea that really works!
