to hear from the spy. had to send mine as it didn't send photos to my phone app. The firmware isn't updated so I'm giving them 3 stars, but support has been very slow so far. see my purchase date and I was instructed to return it just this week. A replacement was sent to me and the next morning after it arrived I tried everything as advertised and it worked as intended. Well it stopped after about an hour. I've tried everything and tried calling Spypoint, the average wait time was over 60 minutes. I went online to support and waited 30 minutes, then I had to let my dog out and was gone about 1-2 minutes and the message said there was no reply, the chat was closed. all I could do was wait for someone else. The second guy made me do everything I've already done. I pointed out to him that I had downloaded software (like the last one, this one was sent with outdated software) when I told him it was closed in desktop chat. I think he did the whole walk but forgot that one transaction. He knew I was going to be mad and I was, so he just hung up? Next guy does about half of the troubleshooting then he tells me to do a factory reset ok so let's get started then he says we just need to set up an RMA for you. it would just say that the reset wouldn't work. Now I have to send this camera back and they will decide if it fits or send a new one. By the way, this camera was bought in July and I have never used it. Now I'm waiting 4 weeks for the return. If they send another one with outdated software I will ask for a refund.
