Do not buy if you don't have a SPYPOINT Non-Cellular Camera

I was really looking forward to this purchase. I have ordered a Camlink and a Microlink. I had no problem setting up my actual microlink. To make sure I did everything right I contacted the support team, unfortunately the support team is not as friendly as one might expect. We went through the steps and the language differences created more frustration. Following not only the user's settings, but also the steps provided by technical support, the link to the camera is nothing but paper weight…

You get what you pay for.

The product worked for about 12 hours and then just stopped sending pictures. The app didn't update it either. Tried changing batteries and doing a reset. Nothing yet. They also try to charge you for everything. I understand you are paying for the service, but then there is an additional $5 fee to download 50 images that you can actually see. I just want something to add to my existing plan. I can add a device with unlimited data for $20/month which would be cheaper than that $15/month service…

So far I haven't found a camera they didn't work with and I'm using 2010 Bushnells, Bushnel Essential, Bushnel Trophy Cams, Moultrie A-20i, M-50i, Stealth Camera G42NG and Browning's. I've been very happy with the battery life so far. I have two sets to send photos immediately as they were made for security that have worked 2 months so far, lithium AA unchanged. The signal gets a bit silly at times when I have 90% cell coverage one moment and zero the next. I think it has more to do with cell…

Great idea but NOT ready to use

I've waited 3 months to write this review to fully test these devices. Pros: Cost, battery life, and signal reception. First, the device turns on the camera during the transfer, meaning if you set the device to send pictures every 4 hours, you'll get up to 12 blank photos with each transfer, for a total of over 1,000 pictures a month, so buy those unlimited plan regardless. to hear from the spy. had to send mine as it didn't send photos to my phone app. The firmware isn't updated so I'm giving them 3 stars, but support has been very slow so far. see my purchase date and I was instructed to return it just this week.
