The product worked for about 12 hours and then just stopped sending pictures. The app didn't update it either. Tried changing batteries and doing a reset. Nothing yet. They also try to charge you for everything. I understand you are paying for the service, but then there is an additional $5 fee to download 50 images that you can actually see. I just want something to add to my existing plan. I can add a device with unlimited data for $20/month which would be cheaper than that $15/month service plus an additional $5 for every 50 pictures you really want. see if they are transferrable at all. Save your money, wait a few more years for better tech to come along, don't waste it on this thing that's going to freak the fuck out of you and requires you to get a computer degree to figure out how it works. Oh yeah their support team is down, chat doesn't work at all and when I called they said it would take at least an hour. Apparently I'm just a small part of a long list of users who can't get this to work either :)
