These drawers can be installed not only as a single desk, but as individual units or as a set in an unconventional configuration. .I used them to store cables and other things I didn't want in my desk drawers, but I didn't want them on my desk. First, it is large and takes up space on the table. Second, I work in a professional environment and plastic boxes just don't work. However, they fit perfectly in my closet and allowed me to use storage space very efficiently. With the doors closed no one sees the cheap plastic (good for what I need it for but still looks cheap) but I get value for money from a cheap but decent product.
