First, the order came a month after I placed it. I understand the wait as this is a product from the other side of the world. The quality of the product is unsatisfactory, as soon as you open the markers they break. I knitted a hat and broke 4 just by opening them. I wasn't sharp, but the material is so hard that it's easy to break, making your project difficult. The picture is deceptive and of course we know the product will never be as shown, but in this case the colors are not pastel, they are not even as painted. There are red and olive green as well as oranges. Nothing to do with the picture. Save your money, they are not as cute as they seem. I wanted something different than the typical markers you can buy at Michaels or Joanns. The result was not favourable.
