High quality and works. Fluffy, warm fleece. My dog is 45# with very short legs and a large torso/chest (kind of a basset hound shape) and size XL is slightly larger but it fits. And yes, he's adorable in it and I think it'll really help keep him warm too. One star minus because the velcro is not as strong or "sticky" as I had hoped and I'm afraid it will lose its holding power over time, but only time will tell.
