Summary: Well-organized toolbox for common tire emergencies. With the exception of a spare tire, everything you need is included if you run out of air while driving. Lightweight, reflective and easy to read meter. The BadPower clamps look weak. You need a bottle of water. Full Review: The biggest reason I love this is that it's a complete kit and everything fits neatly into an easy-to-carry toolbox. Item from a mechanic. But I know how to change a tire. I think everyone should be able to get on their car and have their tires repaired or replaced. This kit is specifically designed for tire repairs whenever possible. I had apartments. I was very lucky that they were all in town and close to tire shops where I can fix or replace them. But on the Autobahn, where the nearest town is a few hundred kilometers away, this spare tire is no good. With this kit you have the opportunity to fix a tyre, drive to the next town, test it and decide if everything is fine or if you should buy a replacement. Aside from roadside emergencies, a compressor like the one included in this kit can also double as a flashlight (needs to be plugged into the car's 12V outlet) and adjust tire pressure as needed. I've read a few reviews of screwdrivers and repair bits that don't seem strong enough to handle a real emergency. I checked the compressor, not the spikes. They seem solid enough to me. screwdriver too. If you are worried, buy high-quality spikes and screwdrivers separately. Put them in this kit. Keep the originals from the kit at home just in case. I think they will do the job. I promise to update this review if I use/test them and find they don't fit. The hose works great. Adapter, lighting, utility knife, reflector, everything works as it should. 1 star deduction: I am deducting 1/2 star for each of the following 2 reasons 1) Car battery disconnect terminals. They look like toy clips and are very, very thin. I'm afraid they'll overheat so I threw them away without even checking. 2) One very important tool is missing - a water bottle, which can contain a mixture of water and soap to detect leaks and determine if the tire is properly sealed. All in all, this is a great item to have in your trunk. Throw in a pair of gloves, a pair of knee pads, and a bottle of soap and water, and you're all set to take on the challenges of a regular apartment.
