I love to write and draw with pen and ink so naturally I bought it when I came across this lovely dip pen. I keep my pen when I'm not using it. The handle is solid glass with a beautiful green glass inside. The pen feels balanced and writes very fluently. I use the ink from Dr. F. Martin for writing and drawing and can write at least a whole paragraph before I have to dip it again. The pen is fragile so when cleaning I use warm soapy water and a very soft toothbrush to give it a thorough cleaning, especially between the fins at the tip. I really like the pen and have bought others in other colors.
