One was perfect, one didn't work.

I recently ordered one for Disney and loved it! I have booked a second one to have a backup so I can stay all day in July. Well when my first one died I turned on the second one and found it was on but the fans weren't spinning. I had to cut my day in the parks in half. Wasn't a happy tourist.
