Great laptop bag. good for laptop accessories

This bag is great and the customer service was really good. I had an issue with my first bag, the zipper fell off and they sent me a new bag which was great. I love that it's not a laptop bag with a flap because it's a bit annoying when I have to pull out my wallet or train ticket. This fits everything I need.
