My girlfriend's friend got this for me on her bachelorette party. I didn't like this girl before but as soon as she proposed them they changed my life. I consider her a friend now. I can tie my hair in a ponytail, work out all day, sleep in it and the ponytail is still there. It's awesome and life changing. They eventually break, but you can use them daily for about three months before they tell you they've had enough. I recommend them to everyone I meet and have made new friends that way.
