Update: My mistake! Turns out I turned the black metal dial that goes to the bottom of the chair UP DOWN! I apologize to WOHOMO for the bad review it didn't deserve. Now that the part is properly installed the chair works great and is quite comfortable. The chair is adjustable up and down and the tilt is just right. I highly recommend this chair. For real! Just put it together right and you will love it! Original post: Assembly was easy. However, the seat only moves up and down ONCE and then no more. Whether pushing or pulling, a very uncomfortable chair. It felt like leaning forward. [Yes! That's because I dressed the piece wrong!]
