The item looked very old.
These bars must have been hanging in the warehouse for years. I opened the bag they were sent in and found the old packaging and what must have been soap powder. I didn't return them as I thought they were soap and as soon as it gets wet the powdery soapy substance washes off. Although I bought "new" bars, I think they were very old.
