I am 5ft 4in and 190# tall. I'm a size 16 but they fit me loose. Well, after all that has been said. i love this skirt I bought it out of pride and although I have to wear it a little above my waist (contrary to the product photos where it's closer to her hips) it's very soft and comfortable. Since I wear it a little higher, it hits my ankle, so I can only recommend this skirt!
