Review on CeleMoon by Greg Horn

Unfortunately, working with CeleMoon did not go as planned. Their website is not as user-friendly as they make it out to be; in particular, I did not find the search feature to be particularly useful. The checkout process was annoying and took far longer than it should have when I eventually located the item I was looking for. Shipping was slow and unreliable, adding insult to injury. My package arrived far later than promised and was severely damaged during shipping. When I tried to contact their customer service department, I received unhelpful and condescending responses. In general, I would not suggest CeleMoon to anyone in need of musical instruments or accessories. User friendliness of the website is low, deliveries are unpredictable, and communication with the company is poor. Don't bother, just go somewhere else.
