I've read reviews of various water bottles like this one at Brewer but based on all the good reviews I chose this one. It is convenient to wash in the sink, and thanks to a large opening, a washcloth or sponge fits in. Also, you don't taste plastic at all. It's easy to hold thanks to the bottle design with rubberized sides to prevent it from slipping out of your hand. It also fits in a car cup holder which is great! I had a glass water bottle that didn't fit in the car mount. However, a problem arises when you want to add ice cubes and use the strainer. I couldn't fit the infuser into the ice bottle. I had to take ice cream. Otherwise a great bottle. The opening is large enough to easily add ice cubes. You can put a lot of fruits, herbs or whatever in the brewing unit. The overall design is great but I wish ice cubes could be put in the strainer. The hinged lid also works very well.
