the package was a bit damaged on arrival and some washers were missing but i found something in the house and it wasn't like that . It's not too bad to assemble the lift. However, the printed instructions are terrible. I hope most people will be able to figure out the assembly themselves. The problem I had was that the lift isn't particularly stable, so it's possible to lift the bike if you have stands to hold it afterwards, but that's pretty much the only problem. Purpose of this lift. This is NOT a workstation, which is what I was hoping for. That being said, it's built pretty well and definitely handles the climbing part well if you have someone to steady the bike on the way up.
