I am very disappointed in this collar. While very cute, I bought this for my medium sized border collie mix dog (approx 35lbs) whose neck I measured and according to the sizing recommendations it would fit a medium size. When I received it the bag it came in said 'medium' but it was NOT AVERAGE. Instead, it matched my sister's bichon. Yes. Medium will only fit an 18 pound bichon. I don't have time to go around and send it back so I gave it to my sister but in the end I'm disappointed because now my dog doesn't get the collar he needs and I have to keep wasting money elsewhere. . So if you order I think order more or just be prepared to send it back if the size is too small. Good luck to all.
